The Queensland Responsible Gambling Resource Manual (Resource Manual) has been developed by each industry sector in collaboration with the Queensland Office of Gaming Regulation. The Resource Manual is a practical and useful resource providing a step-by-step guide to implementing the Code of Practice. Each practice listed in the Resource Manual corresponds with those found in the Code of Practice. The Resource Manual provides a platform to share best practices across all gambling sectors.
The Resource Manual has been designed to allow updating to keep pace with inevitable changes in gambling practice and legislation over time. It includes a range of comprehensive information and actions for the gambling providers to take including:

the required measures gambling providers should take to ensure maximum benefit from each of the six core practices of the Code of Practice

best practice iniatives to further promote and enhance the venue or organisation’s commitment to responsible gambling.
